Tidal Halo Hair Extensions
To check that your halo matches your hair colour once it arrives, pull your extension out of the plastic pouch slightly and hold your halo underneath the ends (bottom) of your natural hair. It’s going to sit underneath the bottom section of your hair, so all you need to do is make sure your ends will blend with the colour of the Halo.
If you’re a shade or two different, it won’t be noticeable. Once sitting underneath your own hair, cut and styled, the halo will blend seamlessly with your own hair.
Ordered the wrong colour? We offer 14 day exchanges and returns on hair extensions, simply return the item within 14-days from the date of delivery (at your cost) in the same condition it arrived in in it's original packaging and we'll refund you.
To initiate a return, simply email us at contact@tidalhair.com within 14 days of receiving your item, and our team will reply with detailed instructions on how to return your item for a refund.
Unfortunately, if the item is not returned in it's original condition, we won't be able to provide a refund and will send the item back to you.

WARRANTIES
MY TIDAL HAIR TOOL ISN'T WORKING
We will provide a refund or replacement for faulty products. Our hair tools come with a 12 month warranty (excluding supplements, which CAN NOT be returned due to the nature of the product).
1. Contact must be made via email with our support team at contact@tidalhair.com with your order number and photographic or video evidence.
2. Item may need to be sent back to us, pending the situation, for analysis and investigation. Our customer support team will work with you to rectify any issues, and if appropriate, a refund or replacement will be issued for faulty products.
3. Our warranty only covers manufacturer's faults. We are unable to refund products that have been used improperly, mis-used or damaged by the customer.
